Position Summary:

Job Description:
  • Provide individual and family therapy and crisis intervention

Position Summary:
Behavioral Health Care Agency has an immediate need of an Intensive In Home Team Lead for their Intensive In Home Team to provide in home therapy to children.

Team Lead will report to the Program Manager and provide/coordinate the Intensive In Home Treatment.

This position serves in a lead role for the Team and support to the Client Care Program Manager, Service Delivery Manager for QP case management service delivery. Posistion will cover clients in a 3 counties.
Job Description:
  • Coordinate initial assessments and development of Person Centered Plans
  • Assess appropriateness of and provide/coordinate home-based behavioral supports, including intensive case management, individual and/or family therapy substance abuse intervention, and other rehabilitative supports
  • Provide and coordinate IIH treatment in full partnership with youth and their families, including defusing crises, linkage to community services and resources, and management of psychiatric and/or addiction symptoms
  • Provide and oversee training to consumers, including self-help and living skills training to youth and parenting skills training to caregivers
  • Understand multi-axial diagnoses, entrance/continued stay/discharge criteria, medical necessity, and evidence-based intervention protocols
  • Provide clinical supervision to direct reports according to agency standards
  • Demonstrate competence regarding crisis prevention and crisis management
  • Act as "First Responder" (24/7 availability) for consumers when on-call
Job Requirements:
  • Full or Provisional License in NC: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPA (will also consider Board Eligible for Licensure)
  • 1 year of full-time clinical experience in MH/DD/SAS with children
  • Must have current NC driver's license, car insurance, reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to travel to different service locations
  • Must have interent access
